European Union Seminar Asia IT&C and Asia Invest
1^st and 3^rd June 2004

The European Commission Delegation in Hanoi is organizing 2 seminars on the 'Asia IT&C' and 'Asia Invest' programmes on Tuesday 1st and Thursday 3rd June 2004.

The European Commission (EC) launched these 2 regional programmes in 1999 in order to co-finance partnerships between Europe and Asia in the fields of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) and Investment.

The principal purpose of these seminars is to encourage greater participation by Vietnamese organizations in the regional programmes by:

• Disseminating information on the results of on-going projects funded by these programmes;
• Informing Vietnamese organizations and stakeholders about future Calls for Proposal in 2004 and 2005.

Through the seminar, the EC Delegation would like to encourage Vietnamese organizations to apply and participate effectively and successfully in the programme. In order to find out more about these programmes, please visit the websites:
